Jaime Morell is the Secretary General of the Blue Community AEOPAS, the Spanish Association of Public Water Supply and Sanitation Operators and the hub of the Blue Community in Spain. Today, at the General Assembly of the European Association of Public Water Operators Aqua Publica Europea @APE_EU, he was appointed as a member of its Board of Directors. The Blue Community congratulates Jaime Morell and AEOPAS.
