The German city of Büdingen is a Blue Community, and the Wolfgang-Ernst-Gymnasium (high-school) in Büdingen was even the first Blue School worldwide! Pupils from five classes at the Wolfgang-Ernst-Gymnasium have taken an artistic approach to the question of why the people of Büdingen are called «frogs». The result was colourful collages about Büdingen’s frog history and frogs made by the children. Together with the city’s marketing department and the Blue Community team, an elaborate water and frog rally through Büdingen’s old town is planned for next year. Stay tuned!
