The Blue Community network is proud and honoured to announce that Léo Heller is joining the Blue Community as a Blue Ambassador. He is the former UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights to Drinking Water and Sanitation and currently the Leading Researcher at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. Previously Léo Heller was Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
