On Saturday, 26 October, 2024, the first ever training session for the Blue Community Mali team took place, organized by the Réseau Ecole RadioChico Mali. The educational training started with an extensive discussion about the goals of the training project for the members and the awareness raising among the population of Mali about the Blue Community, its goals, mission and principles.
After three personal development modules (360° Motivation, Emotion Management and Entrepreneurship), Mr Tièdiè TOGOLA, Mr Souleymane GUINDO, Mr Djibril MAIGA, Mr Sina DEMBELE and Ms Salimata GUINDO presented the Blue Community initiative, followed by a very vivid Q&A session.
At the end of the session, the participants expressed their interest in organising further training sessions to reach
out to more young people and involve them in the Blue Community. Next steps were planned and recommendations formulated.
For the organising Blue Community team, the training was a complete success in terms of the objectives set.
