Report: A glass Half Empty of Promises

The Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law & Policy published an important new report: “A glass Half Empty of Promises: Water as a Human Right in the Americas”. It gives a detailed insight into the legal framework of the right to water and its application state by state, with countries recognizing the right to water as a human right by legislative statute and those not (yet) recognizing it. All followed up by some concluding thoughts.

A highly recommended report for these holiday season.
