Bill No. 149 for municipal aqueducts has been passed in its second debate!
We celebrate this passage with joy! The result of a collective effort of community organisations and great allies in the process.
On 12 March 2025, the second debate on Bill No. 149 “Concerning the regulation of water management communities and their wastewater management” took place. It was presented with a positive report by Senator Robert Daza. The Senate plenary approved the bill and now it will continue its legislative journey in the House of Representatives.
