The Blue Community in the French-speaking countries of West Africa with the ‘Rèseau Ecole RadioChico’ (RERC) in Mali and its network in Togo, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, and Guinea, will held an international video conference on 29 April 2025 on the theme of water: “Challenges and prospects for water access in West Africa”

The West African Blue Community is organising a major international conference on water under the theme “Challenges and prospects for access to water in West Africa: a cross-section of views from Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Senegal and Togo”.
The conference will be chaired by environmental experts from each country.
It’s a unique opportunity, in the context of World Water Day, for these panelists to share their views on how we can all fight together to conserve water and manage it properly.
