Rämibühl is a high school in Zurich, founded in 1833 as the Zurich Cantonal School, uniting four high schools with different profiles: the Gymnasium for literature, the Gymnasium Real, the Gymnasium Mathematics and Natural Science, and the Gymnasium Arts and Sports. Together they educate over 2000 students.
Every year the high school organises a focus week on climate change, this year focusing on water. The week runs from Monday 7 April to Friday 11 April 2025. On Thursday 10 April, a ‘market place’ was organised on the topic of water.
The Blue Community was present and talked to many students about our endeavour: the human right to water and sanitation, provided as a public service under public control, and the commitment to tap water.
We hope to soon welcome Rämibühl Gymnasium and its more than 2000 students as a Blue School.
