At the beginning of April, Claus Wilkens from the German Blue Community Büdingen and member of the German Blue Community Coordination, visited Dr Claudia Wendland at Hamburg Wasser to tell her about the Blue Community Germany conference in Büdingen and to have a valuable exchange with her about Blue Community schools. While the German city or Hamburg joined the Blue Community in March 2022, there is no Blue School in Hamburg yet, but with the Blue School project starting also in Germany, Claus Wilkens hoped to find contacts in Hamburg to support interested schools and help them to join the Blue Schools network. Claudia Wendland drew his attention to the Forum and Development, with its working group on water. The cooperation is established and shall grow in the future.
