Location: Foyer in front of the entrance to the Geosciences Library (House G), Malteserstr.74-100, 12249 Berlin- Lankwitz (Bus X83 to Emmichstraße)

Opening hours (from 14.04.25) probably until July 2025: Mon-Thu 10:00-18:00 / Fri 10:00-15:00

With this travelling exhibition through Berlin’s town halls, we want to reach the broad Berlin population. We want to inform them that Berlin is a Blue Community and what this means. We will present exciting water projects from Berlin and provide interesting facts about ‘Water in Berlin’. The exhibition aims to raise public awareness, draw attention to the issue, show alternative solutions and motivate people to take action. In this way, we can break down barriers and talk together about new solutions.

Since November 2022, we have taken the exhibition to all 12 boroughs of Berlin – mostly in town halls to raise awareness of the issue across the city, most recently in Lichtenberg. Further venues are planned for 2024.

The project is realised by Berliner Wassertisch in cooperation with the Senate Department for the Environment, Mobility, Consumer Protection and Climate Change and the initiative Blue Community Berlin.
