Nigerian Government Commissions N5.7bn Water Scheme In Yobe.
The Nigerian Government has commissioned the N5.7b Gashua water supply scheme in Yobe State, as part of its efforts to expand access to safe and potable water in underserved communities across Nigeria.
The Gashua water supply scheme is in Filin Tanda, Bade Local Government Area, Yobe State, north East, Nigeria.
Commissioning the scheme on behalf of the Nigerian Government, the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Professor Joseph Utsev described it as a significant intervention aimed at resolving the long-standing water supply issues in Gashua and surrounding communities.
