The Municipality of Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu has just obtained the Blue Community certification by the organization Eau SecoursThis recognition confirms our commitment to protecting water as a common good and shared heritage. We are now the 46th Blue Community of Quebec and the 4th in the MRC de La Vallée-du-RichelieuAs a Blue Community, we commit ourselves to:Recognize water and health services as fundamental rights
Prohibit the sale of bottled water in our municipal establishments
Maintain public control over our water infrastructure
