Declare state of emergency on Niger Delta environment, stakeholders tell FG (Federal Government).

Stakeholders from civil society organisations, regulatory bodies, community leaders, and advocacy groups have called on the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency on the environment in the Niger Delta to end pollution in the oil-rich region.
