The Blue Community Latin America has a regional coordination with Prof. Elias Wolff and his team at the Blue University PUCPR since the end of August (see here). In the meantime, there are also two WhatsApp groups to facilitate contact and joining the Blue Community: one for all of Latin America in Spanish and Portuguese, and a subgroup for Brazil only in Portuguese.
