The global consultation on Just Water Partnerships (JWPs) has now entered its final phase. The Blue Community has been identified as a key stakeholder, and your insights are critical to shaping this work.

Please complete the survey by 14 October 2025

The survey builds on the first round of feedback and reflects the revised and restructured draft principles based on your contributions. Your responses will ensure the JWP Principles are inclusive, relevant, and practical for implementation across diverse contexts. We kindly request one consolidated response per institution to ensure balanced representation.
We were honoured to launch this final consultation phase yesterday with two inspiring webinars, under the theme “From Principles to Practice.”
Session 1  [slides and recording] featured speakers from the Governments of Ghana and Madagascar, the French Development Agency, Sanergy/ Fresh Life (Kenya), and Coalition Eau.
Session 2 [slides and recording] brought together the Government of Colombia, the OECD, the Water Integrity Network, and the International Water Association. These conversations showcased the diversity of perspectives that make JWPs a powerful vehicle to bring justice and equity into water finance decisions, and we encourage you to listen back to the discussions.
Please feel free to share the survey within your networks so that a broad range of voices can help shape the final JWP Principles.
We look forward to receiving your contributions by 14 October 2025. Thank you for contributing to this important process.
Kind regards,
Mariana Dias Simpson
with Lesley Pories (WaterAid) and Alan Nicol (IWMI)
