Strategic Partnership Proposal to Promote Digital Transformation and Girls’ Empowerment in African Schools
Dear Interested Partner(s),
On behalf of TEARS MOTHER INTERNATIONAL (TMI), Education Research Consortium, Women Well being Initiative , and Global Africa Village Care Alliance, it is with great enthusiasm that we propose a strategic and sustainable partnership to jointly co-signed and implement innovative solutions in Digital education and gender empowerment across Africa. As a registered non-governmental organizations headquartered in Liberia, We are committed to transforming vulnerable communities through inclusive education, digital empowerment, gender equality, promoting health and sustainable developments.
We believe that collaboration is key to building equitable and future-ready education systems. Thus, this proposal outlines our intent to partner on five critical initiatives:
1. TEACHERS’ DIGITAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
We propose a structured training program to equip African teachers with the essential digital literacy and e-pedagogical skills needed in the 21st-century classroom. This includes:
- Introduction to EdTech tools (Google Classroom, Zoom, Moodle, etc.)
- Interactive lesson planning using ICT tools
- Digital assessment and evaluation techniques
- Cybersecurity and digital ethics in education
Expected Outcomes :
- Increase in teacher productivity and learner engagement
- Standardized digital education approaches across schools
- Empowered teaching workforce, especially in rural communities
2. LEARNERS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (LMS)
We seek to develop and implement context-relevant LMS platforms to improve student performance tracking, attendance, behavior records, and real-time parental engagement.
Key Features:
- Student profiles and academic tracking
- Performance dashboards for teachers and school leaders
- Integration with national curriculum and grading systems

- Enhanced school accountability and performance monitoring

3. SCHOOL DATABASE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Our proposal includes the creation of centralized administrative management software to digitize school records, enrollment data, staffing, and financial reporting.

- Payroll, HR, and finance modules
- School resource inventory systems
Expected Outcomes :
- Improved transparency and efficiency in school administration
- Real-time reporting to Ministries of Education

4. WEBSITES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT FOR SCHOOLS IN AFRICA
To increase visibility and connectivity, we propose developing and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly websites for schools across Africa.

- Custom school profiles and branding
- News and events sections
- LMS and parent portal integration
- School blogs and student portfolios

- Enhanced visibility and community engagement
- Digital presence for donor and alumni relations
- Access to global educational opportunities
5. GIVE GIRLS A CHANCE INITIATIVE IN AFRICA
Through this gender-focused initiative, we aim to:
- Promote girls’ education, safety, and retention in schools
- Provide menstrual hygiene kits, digital learning tools, and scholarships
- Advocate for policies and environments that support girl-friendly schools
- Areas of Collaboration:
- Joint outreach and advocacy campaigns
- Co-funding and resource mobilization
- Capacity building for female teachers and mentors

- Increased school enrollment and retention of girls
- Reduction in gender-based educational disparities
- Empowered next generation of African female leaders
