Rewilding Nature, Carbon, Environment and Resilient Activities by AHD Pakistan.

The Year 2025 ending with floods and climate disasters, needs to tackle wisely climate and water in Pakistan.
The clean energy and climate change, floods and Earthquakes and disasters all over the world hit record history and many organizations/people/donors doing efforts to normalize the climate crisis to minimize floods and earthquakes and disasters impact. But needs concrete solutions that build areas/communities and people with skills to support climate change efforts.

While AHD Pakistan is dealing with these Climate, Water and Floods to normalize and minimize the effects of these disasters and find useful to save Water, Save Climate and save Carbon Emissions.

AHD Integrated Village Development Activities, interested to know more about these activities and impact created via AHD IVDM model activities.

  1. AHD Nadi filter safe drinking water solution not only saves from Cholera, Gastro and Diarrhea and all water borne diseases but also helps to save from plastic bottle and water companies and plastic pollution.
  2. AHD Climate Smart cooking stove, smart climate cooking stove does not save rural communities and women from smoke but also save 50% of wood and time and health and eyes of rural women. Since 2003 to till to date more than 285,000 cooking stoves have been installed by AHD and daily save 5 kg of wood and in just one month 1,425,000 kg and in one year 17,100,000 kg. Gas emissions save and support Carbon Credit to help communities save the environment and smoke free cooking in the kitchen. All over Pakistan in many rural and vulnerable areas communities have been using the fuel efficient stove for many years and taking their part to maximize the scalability of the Fuel Efficient Stove to save the environment and support UN SDG 7, 12 & 13.
  3. Kitchen gardening: Vegetable cultivation on a small scale for households is a wonderful step to give fresh vegetables and save monthly income and support the health of rural families. Also supporting vegetation and plant plantation helps save climate emissions.
  4. Tree plantation: The trees rich source to save CO2 Emissions and bring clean energy and AHD helped million trees in flood affected areas of coastal Thatta, Badin and Sujawal and all 3 three districts are good enough in 2025 floods and rural communities good enough. Trees planted 10,000 to 100,000 that estimate save carbon at huge levels.
  5. CBOs formation and organizing in rural areas / coastal areas/climate hit areas support all climate activities to do smoothly and save climate and water and Carbon as well.

This model village development model activities do not save climate and water but also save rural communities and poor people and vulnerable groups.

Floods hit every year consecutively to these rural communities and millions lost their houses and crops and animals, Hope we all together build these communities towards sustainable life.
