Nestlé is inviting bids for its €5 billion water division.

According to informed sources, Nestlé is pushing ahead with the sale of a stake in its five billion euro water business. This division includes the well-known mineral water brands Perrier and S.Pellegrino.
The Swiss food giant is urging interested parties to submit initial bids for its stake this month, according to sources who wished to remain anonymous due to the confidential nature of the information. Nestlé is working with Rothschild Bank on the sale.
