On February 5, 2026, the Swiss Lake Constance-Rhine Waterworks Association (AWBR) published the drinking water memorandum “Principles for a sustainable public drinking water supply.” The Swiss Blue Community Seeländische Wasserversorgung (SWG) chairs the AWBR with Roman Wiget. The 10 principles formulated in the memorandum are perfectly in line with the Blue Community principles! To give one example: “No privatization in the drinking water sector.”
