Does that sound like April Fool’s Day news? Absurd? Yes, it is. But all I did with the beginning of this article by the International Water Management Institute was to replace the word water with clean air. And while it may sound bizarre when talking about clean air, it is mainstream talk when it comes to water. While it may sound bizarre when talking about clean air, this is commonplace when it comes to water. There is no mention of water as a human right. It’s all about management and money. Clearly, money is what these management folks are most concerned with. Perhaps we should ensure that clean air does not fall under their control. It would also be wise not to let them control our water, the source of all life.
