Drinking water: Senegal close to universal access.
With the aim of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Senegal is making remarkable progress in providing access to drinking water. With a coverage rate of 98.2% in 2023, according to the National Agency for Statistics and Demography (ANSD), the country is close to achieving universal access to this vital resource.
