Water? Public, but under industrial management. Either through external companies fully controlled by the public sector, or through other arrangements involving companies that are majority-owned by the public sector but also include minority private shareholders. The management of the integrated water sector is a diverse world. That is, the water resource as a whole. Because the water that reaches homes, businesses, and fountains must undergo a process of control and purification before being released into the network.
