March 22 is World Water Day. In celebration of this day and in anticipation of the UN Water Conference in December, we are launching a global call to enshrine the human rights to water and sanitation (HRWatSan) in every constitution worldwide. Sixteen years after the United Nations General Assembly adopted Resolution 64/292, which recognized the human right to water and sanitation, it is time for states to comply!
