World Water Day: Water is life. For everyone.
While many of us take it for granted, for others it’s a daily struggle.
In Mali, KeneElouTe is building wells and creating gardens that allow children to grow their own food and learn together.
Five more wells are currently being planned in Dogon Country.
These will provide children with clean water close to home, saving them from having to travel long distances every day.
The best part?
Children pass on their knowledge and seeds from village to village.
This way, not only does food grow, but self-confidence, community and peace too.
