For decades we have managed a part of the water infrastructure like Sisyphus, pushing the stone up the cliff: after each extreme episode we restore it to return it, with enormous economic and technical effort, exactly at the same point of vulnerability. The storms that occurred between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 have become evident in the public urban water systems of the province of Cádiz, with an especially intense condition in the Sierra.
