6 villages, 6 solar-powered wells and 6 forest gardens
That is our vision.
In Telly, we have already shown that it works:
A solar-powered well provides people with clean drinking water –
and the forest garden is growing and thriving.
Children can learn, grow crops and eat more healthily there.
Now we want to implement this model in five more villages.
Because in many places, people still have to walk up to 20 kilometres
to reach clean water.
The five villages have already taken the first important step:
They are each providing 1 hectare of land for wells and forest gardens.
Together, we are creating access to water, food and a future –
village by village.
