On 27 April, 26 members of the PUCPR Water Committee had the honour of personally presenting the book *Blue University: The University and Water Justice* to the institution’s Rector, Brother Rogério Renato Mateucci. Present on the occasion were Dr Elias Wolff, coordinator of the Committee, Dr Marta Fischer, Dr Elaine Kurscheidt, Ana Mos and Dr Gustavo Liz, who had the opportunity to discuss with the Rector the progress and achievements made by the University in advancing the vision of a Blue University, as well as to plan new institutional, technical and educational initiatives and potential partnerships with other higher education institutions wishing to join the Blue Universities community.
