A Healthy Daughter Today Means...

From the Indian Blue Community HSCF – Human Social Care Foundation:

A healthy daughter today means a stronger future tomorrow. Human Social Care Foundation has started its ground-level work to address one of the most important yet often overlooked health challenges affecting adolescent girls Anemia. As part of this initiative, Dr. Faizan Azizi, President of Human Social Care Foundation, along with a team of doctors and healthcare professionals, visited St. Mary’s School, Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai, where the Foundation was invited by the school management to interact with parents during the Parent-Teacher Meeting. Addressing hundreds of parents gathered at the school.

Dr. Faizan Azizi and the medical team created awareness about:

1. Causes and impact of anemia among adolescent girls.

2. The importance of early detection through screening.

3. The role of proper nutrition, medical guidance, and timely intervention.

During the session, Human Social Care Foundation announced its initiative, in collaboration with Criticare Asia Hospital, to provide:

* Free Anemia Blood Screening Test.

* Free Doctor Consultation for Adolescent Girls.

The initiative aims to support parents in understanding their daughters’ health status and encourage early screening to protect their health, education, confidence, and future well-being. Dr. Faizan Azizi appealed to parents: “Your daughter’s health is her greatest wealth. A simple screening today can protect her future tomorrow. Let us work together to ensure every girl grows healthy, strong, and confident.”
