​The publication highlights the latest breakthrough research regarding the severe health and environmental risks of Nanoplastics in bottled water (specifically how a single liter can contain around 240,000 plastic particles capable of penetrating the human intestinal lining).

​We used this scientific data to publicly educate our community and reinforce the Blue Community’s core criteria: the critical necessity of banning single-use plastic water bottles and transitioning to sustainable alternatives.

Recent pioneering research confirms that a single liter of bottled water contains approximately 240,000 nanoplastic particles. Due to their microscopic size, these particles can penetrate the intestinal lining, entering the bloodstream and reaching vital organs.
