Bringing Safe Drinking Water Closer to Communities in Mali.
Access to safe drinking water is essential for health, education, dignity and opportunity. In Mali, the WaterWorX project is helping make that access more reliable, sustainable and equitable.
Through the partnership between SOMAGEP SA, SOMAPEP SA and World Waternet, the project supports practical solutions for drinking water connections, community outreach, capacity building, water quality improvement, loss reduction and long-term operational efficiency.
This video highlights the real impact of these efforts in Bamako and other cities: families gaining access to safe drinking water, schools improving conditions for children, water companies strengthening their services, and partners working together toward a more resilient future for Mali’s water sector.
