- Think about the positioning of the Blue Community: autonomous organization or dependent structure.
- Provide the organization with a statute and internal regulations in order to guarantee better functioning, ensure its sustainability and strengthen its credibility with the institutions.

- Share the working document with all members so that they can read it in depth and analyze it before the next session.

- Create a French-speaking Blue Community Africa group to facilitate exchanges and the dissemination of information.
- Reshare the document with members.
- Set a new date for the meeting dedicated to analyzing the document.
- Think about concrete and realistic objectives allowing the organization to take effective action.
Tièdiè Togola, Réseau Ecole RadioChico, Mali:
- Upgrade new members to facilitate their integration.
- Develop a Blue Community roadmap which will serve as a guiding framework for joint actions.
