A territory is not transformed with isolated projects.
Ecological restoration, economic resilience, training, research, local governance and financial autonomy must move forward together, in the same territory and over time.
The actions must complement each other.
But above all, the actors must also coordinate.
NGOs, researchers, communities, businesses and financial partners each have different expertise. Their true strength appears when their interventions converge towards a common territorial objective.
Because restoring without creating economic alternatives remains fragile.
Training without outlets limits the impact.
Financing without local governance compromises sustainability.
The challenge is therefore no longer just to multiply projects, but to transform several sectoral impacts into a collective and sustainable impact.
It is this territorial and partnership logic that IAMDES-Togo defends.
