The Blue Community Network can welcome a new partner in the State of Odisha, India: the Rural Reconstruction Organisation RRO.
Rural Reconstruction Organisation (RRO) was founded in the year 1992 in a tribal pocket of a remote dist. Keonjhar of Orissa with a view to pool the skills and expertise of the members, rural youths for the benefit of the society and to facilitate development process among the marginalized groups who are voiceless.

Dr Prasanna Kumar Mishra, Secretary and Chief Functionary of RRO, explains:
«The work of the Blue Community is commendable, and we appreciate the issues it is addressing. We are working on safe drinking water with an indigenous group and a very marginalised tribal community that has been awarded by the World Bank in New Delhi. We expect to learn a lot from working with the Blue Community, and we will contribute a teamwork spirit and help to spread awareness of the Blue Community’s core values and pledges among NGOs, people and students working in our region.»
Madhukar Swayambhu from Vaidic Srijan LLP, serving as Head Secretary for the Blue Community South Asia Coordination Committee, welcomes RRO in the Blue Community:
