The 11th edition of World Peace Week has once again resonated across the land of Mali, specifically in Kati.
This year, the theme of World Peace Week is:
“Building peace and protecting the Earth, one small step at a time.”
Accordingly, this morning, over 100 children took part in the opening of World Peace Week with a peace march. This march symbolizes not only unity and peace-building but also living together in harmony.
Over the course of these seven days, the children will explore various themes to celebrate this convivial occasion.
Finally, the week will conclude with the release of five doves—representing the five continents—carrying a message of peace and harmonious coexistence.
