TFN has served diverse clients, including underprivileged families, women, and youth facing social challenges. Its programs aim to address their unique needs, offering sustainable solutions that promote empowerment and self-reliance. Transformation Nepal states:

In mid May 2026, Transformation Nepal was designated a Blue Community and joined the global network as its first partner in Nepal (see here).
