VIKASH is state level registered, non-governmental, not-for-profit voluntary organization dedicated to the cause of Rural and Urban Social Development in Odisha State, India. It was established 1990 by a group of social workers to campaign for rural and urban development and to help people to overcome poverty, illiteracy and disease.
VIKASH joined the Blue Community in the context of World Water Day and the global call HRWatSan2026 for the human rights to water and sanitation (see here).
