With some 60 Blue Communities in a country with less than 10 million inhabitants, Switzerland is a stronghold in the global Blue Community. From the capital city of Bern to small NGO, from 7 universities to many parishes, public service and water providers… the Blue Community in Switzerland is a dense web of institutions and organisations connected for the human right to water and sanitation.
At its first meeting after the summer break, the Coordination Office of the Blue Community Switzerland has discussed the invitation to join the newly formed global Blue Community Council.
As from today, Nora Horisberger, in charge of NGO, parishes, schools and international affairs, will represent the Blue Community Switzerland Coordination Office in our Council.
She has been added on the webpage of the Council.
