The Blue Community / Blue City of Dietikon, Switzerland, is located on the river Limmat. And the town festival is all about water:
At the Blue Community stand at the city festival, the focus is on raising awareness about water issues – both locally and globally. Visitors can learn more about the water supply in Dietikon, the situation in the Global South and the goals of the Blue Community. For children and young people, there are interactive activities such as a graffiti wall and a wheel of fortune with prizes. The Blue NGO Viva con Agua will be collecting reusable cups for a good cause, and hydrants with taps will provide refreshment. It’s well worth a visit!
